Digital Products — All Sales Final
All digital product sales (eBooks, downloads, digital files) are final. Once the download link or file is delivered, no refunds or cancellations are issued. This applies regardless of change of mind, lack of understanding before purchase, or non-use after delivery.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be granted in cases of duplicate transactions (accidental double payment) or technical errors on their side that prevent product delivery. Such issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase at contact@thefaceyouforgotwasyours.com, along with your order number and proof of payment.
No Chargebacks Policy
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products. If a chargeback is filed, they reserve the right to provide proof of digital delivery to the payment processor.
